With over 30 years of international living experience, the administrator of this site now embraces an organic lifestyle in Japan.
She graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York and worked for over 10 years as a store manager in a Japanese supermarket in NYC.
She is also a certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and holds a Junior Vegetable Sommelier certification in Japan.
Through this blog, she shares ideas and insights about home gardening, plant-based living, and a nature-friendly lifestyle with her beloved dog and cat.
